Shipment, Delivery & Returns
Shipping & Delivery:
For customers within India, orders are shipped via Registered Courier Companies / Speed Post Parcel. For international customer, the orders are shipped only via Registered Air Parcel or via Express Shipping. Orders are shipped after the payment has been received at our Bank Account i.e., in case of Cheque or DD, only after the realization of Cheque or DD, does the Shipment Process begin. Orders are shipped within two working days after we receive the payment in Hobby Science Account. Each order shipped will be provided with a Tracking Number for your reference and tracking. The Tracking Number of the shipment will be sent to your registered Email Id. While at times, it takes a maximum of 7 to 10 working days by the Postal Authorities / Courier companies, we do encounter delays beyond 2 weeks some times. Hobby Science is not liable for any delay in delivery of shipment caused by the Postal Authorities / Courier Companies. Hobby Science guarantees to ship your order in a shipment worthy carton / cardboard box within two working days after receipt of payment at our account and providing you with the Courier / Postal Tracking Number. Hobby Science cannot guarantee timely delivery / accurate delivery by Postal Dept / Courier companies. Hence, at your request and at your cost, you can choose to insure the shipment to address the risk of damage / loss of shipment in transit. The shipment will be delivered only to the address mentioned by you while placing the order. The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category (of size and weight) the programe adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
The minimum weight taken into account is 500gms.
In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a returns procedure which has been designed to cause you minimum inconvenience. You may opt to return the goods under the following situations
- Shipped items faulty
- Mismatched / missing items
- Damaged items

Items which are faulty must be sent back within 7 days of receipt to HobbySceince.in with our reference code and a valid courier tracking number to the address below

If the item is diagnosed faulty / having wrong parts by our technicians, we will do our best to provide a replacement within 3-5 working days provided the item/s is/are stock. If not in stock full refund of the product (without shipping cost) is at choice or purchase of other item/s is/are also available. If the item is damaged upon receipt, please do return the goods after receiving our reference code and we will replace it fully or provide you with full refund as per your choice.

All packaging, manuals and cables.
You should return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition. We recommend that you undertake insurance cover and that the goods should be sent vide a reputable courier and has to accompany a valid tracking number. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening.
Packages that have missing items, parts or otherwise will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for any credit, refund or otherwise.
For any item requiring testing, please allow the above mentioned time to pass, as the testing process via our in house technicians will require the necessary time to problem solve your return. Our goal is to isolate whatever trouble your item(s) may be experiencing, and as soon as we have the available information to proceed, you will be updated regarding this.
